Work that changes lives.
Mill Neck Center for the Deaf has been one of Long Island's most meaningful employers for more than 75 years. Our team includes teachers, interpreters, counselors, audiologists, direct support professionals, administrators, ministry leaders, and operations staff — all united by a single conviction: that Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing people deserve a world fully within their reach.
What it means to work here.
A career at Mill Neck is not like a career anywhere else. You will work on a 86-acre Gold Coast estate. You will spend your days with colleagues — many of whom are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing themselves — who are leaders in their fields. You will see, in real time, what your work does for children, for families, for adults who deserve every dignity. And you will be supported by an organization that has carried a clear mission, in unbroken continuity, since 1947.
