Transforming Lives

Through the power of communication, connection, and compassion.

Mill Neck Foundation provides the philanthropic engine that sustains every program of Mill Neck Center for the Deaf — funding the school, our adult services, our ministry, our international outreach, and the preservation of the historic 86-acre campus.

Who We Are

Mill Neck Foundation for the Deaf.

Mill Neck Foundation helps sustain the mission of Mill Neck Center for the Deaf by providing critical financial support for programs serving Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing students and adults. We also steward the historic 86-acre Mill Neck campus and Manor House — preserving a place where education, community, and opportunity thrive.

Mill Neck Foundation funding enables us to provide quality education programs for our students, employment training, advocacy, and support services to Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing adults — including those with intellectual disabilities. These resources are critical in helping individuals lead independent lives and become contributing members of society.

Transforming Lives Through Access, Advocacy & Empowerment

Three Pillars of Impact.

Pillar I

Empowering Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing Communities

Pillar II

Sustaining Mill Neck's Mission

We invest in the long-term success of our programs — including Mill Neck Services and Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf — ensuring they have the resources to advance education, communication access, and community support.

Pillar III

Building a More Inclusive World

The Foundation supports environmental stewardship and preservation of our 86-acre Mill Neck campus and historic Manor House — maintaining a natural, inspiring home for future generations.
