Where the work shows up.
Mill Neck Foundation is committed to financial transparency, measurable outcomes, and honest reporting. Below is how we measure our impact, manage donor gifts, and account for every dollar entrusted to us.
Nearly 50 years of service.
Every dollar, tracked and stewarded.
- Mill Neck Manor School for the Deaf
Tuition supplements, scholarships, classroom equipment, capital improvements, family ASL programs, and enrichment opportunities for our students.
- Mill Neck Services
Adult day programs, employment training, respite for caregivers, community habilitation, senior services, and the interpreter service.
- Mill Neck International
Deaf education partnerships in developing nations — Ethiopia, Mongolia, and beyond.
- Lutheran Friends of the Deaf
Deaf ministry, chapel services, ASL liturgical resources, and the John & Betty Duda Food Pantry.
- Manor House Preservation
Restoration, capital maintenance, and stewardship of the 86-acre historic estate that anchors our mission.
- Foundation Operations
Fundraising, donor stewardship, planned giving, the Apple Festival, and other Foundation operations are kept lean and transparent.
What we've been up to.

Silver Soiree
