Stewards of adult independence.
The Mill Neck Services Board of Trustees governs our adult programs — Day Habilitation, Employment Services, Respite, Community Habilitation, Senior Services, and Interpreter Service — across Long Island and the New York City metro area.
Stewards of the mission.
Our trustees represent a powerful mix of Deaf community leaders, healthcare experts, business and finance professionals, and nonprofit governance veterans. They ensure that Mill Neck Services remains person-centered, fiscally sound, and culturally responsive to the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing adults we serve.
The Mill Neck Services Board operates under the governance umbrella of Lutheran Friends of the Deaf and works in close partnership with the Executive Director and Mill Neck Services leadership to advance the agency's mission and OPWDD-funded programs.
Leadership.
Christine Oddo
